Breakfast could easily be made more varied. Every morning completely the same selection

The hotel standards was as expected for the price

It saved us from sleeping “on the street” :) - the only vacant room in the town on New Year’s Eve. Clean room, very helpful staff, good location. You can rent cattle (hot pot) for 2€/day.

The window looked to the wall of the another house, not to the street. It was almost quiet but the front view is much better ;)

Location is very nearby the city center. Breakfast was good. Rooms are cleaned every day. Very decent hotel.

It’s not really modernly decorated, but all facilities are there (except maybe for a hair dryer). You can hear some street noises when you have a room on the street side.

I didn't like anything due to the disgusting treatment of the woman on reception, I was stuck in Los Llanos due to a broken vehicle and I had nowhere else to go with my children aged 1 and 4.

I arrived at 7.30pm with my 2 young children and kept ringing the bell to no response, eventually a woman came and spoke to me from the stairs, I asked how much a room would be and she said 70 euros for the night. I told her I had seen the same room on booking.com for 51 euros to which she replied "go and book it online then!" and she left me down in the entrance to make the booking on my phone. During this time my children were making a bit of excited noise at being somewhere new, she then came back downstairs and said we couldn't stay here because we were making a scene (or haciendo un espectaculo as she put it in Spanish, he vivido 7 años en Espana, no fue un malentendido) I was amazed, the noise wasn't unusual for 2 small children, I think either she was embarrassed because I pointed out that she was trying to charge nearly 20 euros more than the internet or she didn't like my image (I have tattoos and dreadlocks, but am very clean!) She reacted completely over the top, neurotic. She said the other guests don't want us here ( there were no other guests about) and we couldn't stay even though I told her that my booking had been processed online. She looked exasperated and said that didn't matter because until she had confirmed my booking the money was still in my bank and she wasn't going to let us stay. Then she went upstairs leaving us downstairs. I went to appeal to her. I was a single mother at night in a town I didn't know with 2 small children and nowhere else to go. I said " please let's talk about this calmly" and eventually managed to get her to agree to let us have the room we booked. By this point I was in tears at the reception and she said nothing. I spent the next hour crying in my room. I was made to feel like a dog who came in off the street. The hotel has 3 stars, I have no idea why. The room was very basic, no shampoo or gel in the bathroom. Only 8 basic Spanish channels on the television.

We has the cost of our breakfast refunded when we told we were leaving too early. We had to talk in pictures for that purpose as the lady in the reception did not speak English - but so much the more fun!

The receptionist could not give us any change for the vending machine in the lobby. She suggested we go to the nearest petrol station. But after many hours of hiking we felt unable to do that and had to go to bed hungry and thirsty for tea.

Very professional and friendly staff; all good for the price paid, and regardless of the noise from the other rooms we did sleep very well. Easy free parking just in front, a few steps from the centre.

The walls are *really* thin. You can hear *everything*, not only from the other rooms on the same floor, but even from above!

Friendly helpful gentleman at the reception! Location close to the center and bus station is really good.

Poor cleaniness (handprint on the mirror stayed entire stay), beds more covered up then made. At the breakfast you just get the cheapest stuff (coffee, tea, ham, cheese...), the baked up croissants where inside still raw. The unfriendly lady at the reception which just spoke spanish was annoyed as we asked her for a second blanked. wifi only in public areas and small window in the room facing a wall.
